While we remain opportunistic in evaluating investment opportunities, we typically look for investments with the below criteria. However, we have experience across a broad array of real estate types and operating businesses and will evaluate one off opportunities on an individual basis. 

We realize that real estate assets are cyclical, with respect to both operations and valuation, and believe that the best way to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns is by looking for opportunities where the potential for improved management efficiencies, positive area demographics, and attractive valuation outweigh the risk of a cyclical downturn.


  • Markets with high-barriers to entry

  • Assets in need of capital or re-positioning opportunity

  • 40+ Rooms, minimum of $2 Million in Rooms Revenue

  • Properties with all-in costs between $10 – 100 Million

  • Will deviate from criteria for right opportunity
