Acquired 16,000 square foot lot and secured lot split approval and entitlements to develop a single-family home and a duplex, comprising 9,000SF of sellable area in the west end of Aspen.
The developer worked with talented architects, interior designers, landscape architects, and contractors to create high-end homes at the entrance to Aspen, Colorado. The homes took advantage of incredible views of the surrounding mountains.
All three homes sold immediately upon completion.
